Layne Riggs had just enough fuel in his beaten and battered No. 34 Long John Silver’s Ford F-150 to drive to Victory Lane following the inaugural NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series® race on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida. After starting deep in the field, Riggs steadily worked his way forward and led a race-high 41 laps. The win was still hard-earned for the Front Row Motorsports driver, as he had to withstand challenges in the closing laps while working to ensure enough fuel was in the tank to take the checkered flag.
