Monterey, Mexico’s Daniel Suárez thrilled his home country’s fans by taking a come-from-behind victory in the NASCAR XfinitySeries® debut at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. After a qualifying crash relegated him to a backup JR Motorsports car and last-place starting position, Suárez meticulously worked his way towards the front of the field with his No. 9 Quaker StateChevrolet. Suárez took the lead with 19 laps remaining and withstood multiple challenges in the final laps for his fourth career NASCAR Xfinity Series® win.
